Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for products that are received in damaged condition.
- Proof Requirement: To initiate a return, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product at the time of delivery. This helps us verify and process the request accurately.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above condition, at our sole discretion.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days
Returning Products
- Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product.

Refund Policy
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
