Eligibility for Return or Exchange: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive in damaged or defective condition.
Proof Requirement: To initiate a return or exchange, an unboxing video clearly showing the damage at the time of delivery is required. This helps us verify the issue and process your request accurately.
Condition of Returned Product: Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all original components, including:

Processing Time:
Return pickups will be arranged within 3 to 4 working days. Verified damaged or defective items will be processed within 4 to 5 working days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost and safety of returning the item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
